Second entry for LIM

Hello my sweet bloggers,

I am back in minutes with my second entry for Less is More this week - the theme being one layer script.

I have used white card stock and stamped a Hero Arts image in Staz On black.
I have sponged the paper with two distressed inks - tattered rose and old paper in some parts of  the image.
This has been stamped using my foot as I tried stamping three times with my hands and it did not work as all parts of the image did not show properly.

Not sure whether these one layered cards will sell but I do love this simple challenge...

Hugs,

Monica

This is a stunner Monica.
I don't think you'd hae a problem selling ine layer cards. As long as they are perfect and balanced right, as this is, it will sell itself. For the originality. You can always add a charm or something if it didn't
Thank you very much

I love your clean and simple cards Monica. Here's a tip I just recently learned. Find a piece of packaging foam, the soft spongy type of foam that often comes with electronics. Place it under your paper or card stock then stamp on top of the layer of foam and card stock, you will get better coverage and a much better image.

With your foot! Beautiful - must try that! Sometimes I use a soft mouse mat under my stamps to get a clearer image too. This really is a great card Monica - I love it and am jealous that you have got that stamp and the vintage touch!!

It's a great stamp! Sorry you had to use your foot though.
do you use something squishy under your stamp surface? I stamp on a paper pad or if it's really bad, a mouse pad
