Here is my card for http://cas-ualfridays.blogspot.com/ which is all about sequins. The big round aluminium nestie has been die cut from a yoghurt lid and so has the sentiment. The flower sequins are handmade from India. It was Aleeza who felt I should put them on the card so here they are.

Here is a simple card to show you today made with my altenew dies. The papers are from India and all handmade. The sentiment is from Hero Arts and I wish it was not a bit smudgy. I have used a brilliance ink to stamp it.

About Me

My name is Monica and I am a mother to two lovely girls aged 22 and 14. We moved back to Singapore in June 2014 after having lived in Jakarta, Indonesia and Mumbai. I have a background in Psychology and Sociology Honours along with a post grad diploma in Journalism. I used to work in direct marketing for a premium hotel in India before I decided to become a stay at home mother. I have been creating and selling greeting cards for charity since 17 years. I often use unusual packaging material on my cards to respect and care for the environment. Presently, I share my cards as well as the proceeds from their sales with a shelter that houses and supports abused women in Singapore. Besides this, I run an initiative (UNITED WORLD SANCTUARY - UWS) on meditation, wellness, art and culture. You can find my page on Facebook under the name of UNITED WORLD SANCTUARY-UWS.
