For Less is More

Hello bloggers,

Thanks for the encouraging words about my last post...

Here is a quick card I made for Less is More.
Actually I had stamped Happy Birthday but the stamp shook and I had to stick this boring Best Wishes embossed sentiment which was lying in my embossed sentiment case.

Supplies:
Base card stock - white
Rounded edges - Ek Success punch
Pale Green nestie - Spellbinders
White embossed cupcake stamp - Cuttlebug
White gems - Prima
Sentiment - Cuttlebug

It looks much nicer in real life... must learn to take better pictures!

Hugs,

Monica

That was a great way to get out of a little slip of the hand... I could hardly see the sentiment on my monitor!
Super card.
Thank you so much!

Embossing is tough to capture in photographs but I can see this is a very elegant card

The white on white is nice! Love that postage stamp.

Embossing IS hard to pick up on camera - but maybe if you try to take your projects to a window and use natural light and NO flash - your pics may come out a bit better.

I'm STILL learning how to take better pictures of my projects too!!

It`s a lovely card Monica. Love the embossing. I`m in position to advise on photography as mine are pretty terrible sometimes but when I`m photographing embossing I usually take the pic at a slight angle so you get just a little shadow.

Love the white on white and the pretty embossing you did on this! It's just lovely.
Taking photos.......I think it's a learning process for all of us - but you did wonderful on this one. I always find it hard to take a good picture when I emboss but you did it with this card.

Hi Monica, I was out of town for a couple of days, so trying to catch up :) Great job saving your card from the stamp mishap!

I like the little square you put behind the postage die - it really sets it off. Well done with rescuing the card.
