Hello lovely people,
Hope you are having a warm and sunny Tuesday... mine was rather busy with the kids being at home since everything is closed here for a week for the festival of Eid. Hubby went to golf so we went eating out and shopping. If he can play golf three days in a row, I can have a nice time too. Lol.
This card is for the challenge over at CAS on Sunday which is to tag it. This tag has been recycled and I thought it was just too pretty to be binned. I have covered up the text with the little thank you chip board sentiment that came from Sandra. The daisies have been punched and their centres have been made with a clay similar to Amos clay which belongs to Aleeza. I pinched some clay while playing with her to make the centres of these flowers. I do like my flower centres and the idea of recycling but am not too sure of the layout of this card. It looks a bit bland at the bottom, doesn't it? I have embossed straight lines on the card with my scorer and scoring board but it doesn't show in the picture. I think I may liven it up a bit more at the bottom - comments welcome :-)
I will also enter this card in:

I can see the embossed lines. The procedure you used to make the centers of the flowers is a new one to me and I may have to check into that! I think it's a beautiful CAS card! Thanks for joining us at Fitztown Challenge Blog!

Hello Monica. What a cute little tag and the colours are so delicate. The daisies are just perfect and it shows off the sentiment perfectly.
I too can see the score lines down the card, it adds to the delicate tone of the card.
Love it.
Happy crafting.

Your tag card is very pretty, Monica. Fabulous recycling, and I love your clay centres for the daisies.
Happy Eid!! x
I can see the scoring lines and it doesn't look too plain at all. Love how you used the clay for the centers of the flowers - very creative......and yes, you ARE the queen of recycling!!! Love this card.

Very Pretty CAS card Monica. I saw this on MIM..Loz
Monica-I love how you made the centres of the flowers-how clever! They look fabulous.
I like your card as it is-but i can see that the empty space could make you feel like you should add more-what about a hand drawn border line(like a kind of doodled line) around the edge in pen?Might pull it all together for you :)
Have a lovely day,Nessa xx
Fabulous recycling Monica, I love your flowers and the colours on the round tag.
