Hello lovely peeps,
I made this very flat card this morning just before taking Aleeza to school. I am trying to make cards that can be sent in the mail.
The teddy chipboard image has come all the way from the UK from my very dear blogging friend, Sandra and I love it. All the previous cards that were created with this image sold like hot cakes. The paper came free with a magazine and the die cut is from Spellbinders (wish it was easy to use this die) which I cut into two to fit the top and bottom. I have used an MS border punch on the printed paper and embossed the pink and black paper together. I seem to be getting comfortable at last with using black on my cards, ha ha.
I will enter this card in:
http://craftinboutiquechallenges.blogspot.com/ - anything goes
http://paper-craftingjourney.blogspot.co.uk/ - punches and/or die cuts

Thank God it's Friday!
Love,
Monica

Hi Monica. What a gorgeous design and I love the colours which show off that cute Teddy Bear.
I love the border on the pink designer paper and the black swirl is just fabulous, I just love how you dress the corners with it.
Happy crafting my friend.

Sweet card Monica, I love how the black makes everything else pop! ~Diane
And the black looks so regal and amazing, Monica! I forget to use black, and it really does make things look more elegant, and pop the natural beauty in the softer shads. Darling card! hugs, de
