Zeenya's card for her Dad's birthday
Hello bloggers,
I believe it is snowing in the UK - please do stay warm and cozy where ever you are...
Zeenya made this card in minutes with peel offs and some handcut clouds and green. It is for her Dad's birthday tomorrow. He loves golf so she thought it would be ideal to make a golf birthday card.
And of course your's truly did not make a card for the simple reason that I am a bit saturated with making cards after selling over 100 cards and collecting USD 250/. All I am trying to do is tidy up and when I try saving those small scraps of paper it gives me a headache... I am trying to save them in seperate folders but cannot get there. Any tips on organising my craft space are more than welcome.
Hugs,
Monica

Hello Monica & Zeenya. I think your Dad will be very proud of you, making him this very special card. You are getting very good at your cardmaking Zeenya, keep up the good work, but dont you be taking all your Mums goodies, hahaha.
Happy crafting.
With love, Sandra xx
A lovely card Zeenya - I'm sure your Dad will love it especially knowing you made it for him - I hope he has a fabulous birthday.
It is snowing here, but it is not as bad as in some parts of the country - although three people who work with me have failed to get to work today!
Love, Andrea xx
Great job, Zeenya. You've done a fab job paper piecing the grass and clouds! I'm sure your dad will love his card! Hugs, Marie xx
Great masculine card, Zeenya. Love the grass!
As in organizing scraps, I put all my scraps with the regular papers, except the white scraps, I had the most so I put them in a Ziploc bag.
Super nice card Zeenya! Love the little golf theme and I know your dad will love it too. Wonderful card!
Monica, if you figure out the solution to the organizing deal, let me know!!! I had one lady tell me she keeps no scrap smaller than a post card. I just can't seem to do that though as I always think I'll NEED it. Have fun with the organizing.

Hi ya x This card is really great! x so personal Zeenya x Monica, when I organise my bits, I put them in colour order, I have different coloured cardboard folders and put the same coloured items in it x Most of my organisation is by colour or theme (wedding etc.,) x And the items for the soldiers here is their address that gives more details x

It is snowing and cold, but very beautiful x Leigh x
Hi Monica. Cool here , supposed to be a lot warmer me thinks .
Well done Zeenya, that card is awesome .
Before I save my scraps I punch out shapes and store them in containes for quick embellishments then save balance of cardscraps in plastic 12"x 12" scrapbook paper sleaves in colour batches.
errr that's the theory any way ...LOL
Hi Monica,
I have an award for you on my blog.
She did a great job on the card!!!
First, let me tell Zeenya what a wonderful birthday card she's made for her father - it is fabulous and I hope he enjoys his birthday. Monica, congratulations on making great cards and selling so many - fantastic! I save all my scraps too but I did put them in one large decorative box but it became too much so I've put it in smaller folder type thing with dividers. What I do to keep it contained is I punch a lot so that the scrap pile remains a normal size for making cards and those really small ones get punched and placed in containers recycled from flowers I'd purchased. I don't know if that works for you but it is helping me stay organized. Good luck with keeping it all together. :-)
First of all -Awesome mom for sharing her card supplies and for providing inspiration for Zeenya to create such a great card! Zeenya, my favorite parts of the card are the silver background color, sets off the rest of the card beautifully; and the raised Happy Birthday is placed just perfectly; and the word "green" is really cute! Lucky dad! Oh, and my absolute favorite part is that you made it in minutes!
