Yellow tulips

Hello sweet peeps,

Hope all of you are well and if you are not, I send you healing wishes.

I am sad to state that two innocent teachers from my childrens' previous school in Indonesia have been arrested since the last eleven days as a group of mums have decided to accuse them falsely on charges of fabricated child abuse.

Mothers who support the school and these innocent teachers have started a petition to help them get released. An old student of one of these teachers has started a facebook page which has gathered great support for them. The Canadian press has also done stories on these two innocent men and we hope truth, wisdom and justice will prevail.
I am doing my best in which ever way I cant to support the school and that takes a lot of my time apart from house hunting and tying together bits and pieces to get the new school admissions in place.

Now to my sweet and simple card... All store bought items and quick assembly here.

I will enter this card in the following challenges:

Wish you a day full of smiles,

Monica

Firstly Monica this story of the teachers is very sad, this happened to one of our Neighbours, but it was a boy who he had told off a few times for smashing the plants in his front garden. the boy said he had sexually touched him and the poor man was arrested, and it took some time to get to the truth but it is horrid as they say mud sticks, and he is still getting funny looks from people in the road, very sad. your card is gorgeous I love the fresh pop of yellow

Monica, hello! Beautiful card - so cheery. Do tulips ever grow in that part of the world? They do not grow in Florida.

I'm very sorry to hear about what is happening to the teachers at the former school. Children (and parents) who need attention (or who need someone to blame) don't realize the ramifications this causes for other people's lives - and not only one adult's life, but their families and friends, too.

When false allegations are made, the repercussions are far reaching. I hope the teachers are entirely exonerated and that their accusers are taught a valuable lesson in humility.

hugs,
de

Hi Monica I do hope that the accused teachers find love and support and strength to fight and I also hope that the accusers realise that the truth will prevail eventually leaving themselves looking bad in front of their own family and friends .
But a ray of sunshine radiates from your delightful card . good luck in the challenges .
hugs Shirley-Anne
